Ingredients

potatoes
( sliced thin)

1 cup
of grated cheese
( jack, cheddar, your choice, or more)

evaporated milk

1/2-1
onion
( diced)

3 -4 tablespoons butter or 3 -4 tablespoons
margarine

salt
( to taste)

pepper
( to taste)
Directions
- Place sliced potatoes into ovenproof dish or pan.
- Add diced onions over top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top of potato/onion mixture.
- Pour the can of evaporated milk into the same dish.
- Place sliced butter or margarine scattered over top.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over top.
- Place a baking sheet on the oven floor in case of overflow.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for aproximately an hour.
- Potatoes will be done when the top is light golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the potatoes are tender.

celery leaves

dried parsley

butter, melted

all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon
salt

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

1 (13 ounce) cans
evaporated milk

1 cup
grated cheddar cheese
( old or sharp)

1/2 teaspoon
paprika
Directions
- lightly grease cooker
insert; layer and alternate potato slices and onion in prepared cooker.
In a blender or food processor, combine celery leaves, parsley, butter,
flour, salt, pepper, evaporated milk and cheddar cheese.
- Process for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
- Pour over potatoes and onions, sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6- 8 hours or on HIGH for 3- 4 hours, until potatoes are tender and heated through.
